Captured on a cloudy day along the Boyne River in Drogheda, this oil painting beautifully reflects the movement of the water and the light that dances across its surface. The riverbanks, bridge, and urban landscape come to life through delicate sun spells breaking through the clouds, while seagulls soar above. Painted outdoors in vibrant oil on canvas, this piece brings together nature and city life in a serene and atmospheric scene.

Plein -Air painting method allows me to capture the natural light, colours, and atmosphere of a scene more accurately than I could in a studio.
